Ketovore Avocado Steak Bowl
Sliced steak over mashed avocado with everything-but-the-bagel seasoning. The ketovore crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1 lb skirt steak (or flank steak)
- 2 avocados (ripe)
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions

Season steak generously with salt. Let rest 20 minutes at room temperature.

Heat cast iron to smoking. Add butter, then steak.

Cook 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Rest 5 minutes.

Halve avocados, scoop into bowls, mash lightly with a fork.

Slice steak against the grain. Layer over avocado. Season with everything bagel seasoning if using.
