Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon (juice only, optional)
  • salt

Instructions

    Season shrimp with salt.

    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.

    Add shrimp in single layer. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink.

    Squeeze lemon over top if desired. Serve in the butter sauce.
